The Plate Method is a way of learning what nutrients you need and how many throughout the day. As well, it works as a simple guide to keep handy on your phone or in your pocket as you are working towards balance in your daily consumption.
You can use the blank version, below, to fill in the contents of your day. Keep in mind that in order to achieve one’s proper nutrient values, it is best to compile the intake from all meals and snacks into two plate templates. This will help you to further identify areas that might need some adjustments to incorporate balance.
