Booking Policy

PURE GOLD gives no refunds after being paid any amount. If any further questions, please contact us. There is a late fee for any missed appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to contact PURE GOLD within a 24-hour period of their scheduled appointment to reschedule. If PURE GOLD is not informed, the stored method of payment will be charged to the client. There is a courtesy waiver considered on a case-by-case basis.

Consent

I, the undersigned, acknowledge my voluntary participation in coaching provided by PURE GOLD in pursuit of my previously stated goals. I understand that my commitment, active participation, and adherence to all health and wellness guidance offered are essential to achieving my desired results. I agree that it is solely my responsibility to comply with the recommendations established by PURE GOLD. I understand that results are not guaranteed and depend largely on my lifestyle choices.

Release of Liability

In consideration of receiving coaching services, I hereby release and discharge PURE GOLD, its owners, coaches, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action—known or unknown—arising from or related to my participation in coaching, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or financial loss.

Medical Disclaimer

I understand that the coaching services provided by PURE GOLD are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I agree to consult with my physician or other qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related changes based on guidance received during coaching. I affirm that I am responsible for my own physical and mental well-being during the course of coaching.
